Before the Court is the plaintiff's motion to remand the above-entitled case to the Circuit Court for Putnam County, Tennessee. Pursuant to section 1447(c), Title 28 of the United States Code, the Court finds that it lacks subject matter jurisdiction since the Magistrate Judge has granted the plaintiff's motion to amend its complaint to seek damages in the amount of $74,000, below the required amount in controversy...
