PER CURIAM.

We affirm appellant's convictions and remand for the trial court to correct appellant's sentence on Count II in case number 96-2354. The sentence should reflect a nine-month prison sentence as orally pronounced and which is in accordance with the maximum sentence of a term of imprisonment not to exceed one year. See §§ 790.01(1), 775.082, Fla. Stat. (1995).
