The defendant appeals from the judgment of conviction, following a plea of nolo contendere, of burglary in the third degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-103. He claims that the trial court improperly (1) denied his motion to suppress his statement, (2) denied his motion to dismiss other cases in which nolles had been entered as part of a plea bargain, and (3) denied his motion to dismiss based on his attorney's conflict of interest.
