This is a medical malpractice action brought by Brian Smith against defendants, Dr. Mark Juneau, Jr. and NME Hospitals, Inc. d/b/a/ Meadowcrest Hospital.1 Following a trial on the merits, plaintiff was awarded damages totalling Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000).
