Gautreau, (La.App. 3 Cir. 6/18/97); 697 So.2d 1339, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in part, reversed in part, and remanded. Costs of this appeal are to be assessed to the defendant.

AFFIRMED IN PART, REVERSED IN PART, AND REMANDED.
