The defendants moved to quash the Government's notice of intent to seek a sentence of death because it contained duplicative and cumulative statutory aggravating factors, 21 U.S.C. § 848(n)(1)(A) through (n)(1)(D).1 At oral argument, the defendants conceded that this motion is moot because all parties agreed that more than one such factor may be included in the notice because...
