Excelsior Medical Corporation (Excelsior) asserts identical claims in 92-B-80 and counterclaims in 96-13-1207 for antitrust violations and four state-law-based torts. Baxa Corporation (Baxa) moves for summary judgment on all five claims and counterclaims (hereinafter, "claims"). For the following reasons, I will grant Baxa's motions.
