Pursuant to a plea agreement, Timothy T. Williams entered guilty pleas to two counts of possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute and one count of conspiracy to distribute cocaine. A charge of possession of cocaine was dismissed, and a charge of distribution of cocaine was amended to conspiracy to distribute cocaine. The defendant was sentenced to consecutive sentences of eight, seventeen and twenty...
