In this civil suit, the plaintiff alleged that Dr. Bruce Lobitz committed battery upon her. At trial, the jury found in favor of Defendants. The plaintiff now appeals. We affirm.

The plaintiff, Paula Louviere, filed suit alleging that Dr. Bruce Lobitz forced her to have unconsensual sex. In the petition, filed November 30, 1994, the plaintiff alleges that because of her weakened psychiatric state
