FLANDERS, Justice.

A Superior Court jury returned guilty verdicts against the defendant, Norman C. Pray, Sr., on three counts of second-degree child molestation. He presses several points on appeal, but only two are colorable. We asked the parties to show cause why this matter should not be decided on their pre-briefing submissions.
