This is a Dist./Mun. Cts. R. A. D. A., Rule 8A appeal in a routine contract case for the collection of a consumer credit card debt. The defendant charges error in the trial court's award to the plaintiff of both attorney's fees in excess of the amount of the judgment, and costs pursuant to Mass. R. Civ. P., Rule 11.
