Harry Broussard appeals the Administrative Hearing Officer's dismissal of his workers' compensation claim against his employer, Dacon Corporation (Dacon). For the reasons below, we conclude that the hearing officer erred in the denial of benefits for Broussard's work-related heart condition; thus, we reverse the judgment dismissing Broussard's claim.
