PER CURIAM.

William Maddry appeals the trial court's denial of his motion filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. We reverse and remand for a new trial.

Maddry was convicted on three counts of sexual battery of his 13-year-old daughter while in a position of familial authority. On direct appeal, Maddry argued that the trial court abused its discretion in admitting testimony that he engaged in sexual activity with K.S., a 17-year-old girl...
