Michael Caronia, the plaintiff in this matter, filed suit against Entringer Bakeries, Inc. and McKenzie's Bakery.1 He alleges that he was injured in a McKenzie's Bakery during the perpetration of an armed robbery. Defendant, Entringer Bakeries Inc., filed an Exception of No Cause of Action which was heard on July 26, 1996. The trial court granted the Exception on July 30, 1996...
