We are asked to determine if the State satisfied its duty as guardian ad litem of a child in a paternity action under the Uniform Parentage Act (UPA), RCW 26.26, where the man found to be the father had sexual intercourse with the mother near the time of the child's conception, resembled the child, and had a blood/genetic test indicating a 99.41 percent likelihood of a match; however, another possible father was not located, joined in the action...
