1. Children, Youth and Families Department (the Department) joins Father in the appeal of an order continuing legal custody of his children with the Department after abuse and neglect charges against him had been dismissed. Mother and the guardian ad litem object to the automatic placement of children with Father. We affirm in part and reverse and remand this matter in part with instructions...
