JACKSON, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on defendant's motion for summary judgment. See Fed.R.Civ.P. 56. The plaintiff has filed a response in opposition to the motion.

Plaintiff filed suit against her former employer, Taco Bell, Corp., alleging discrimination in violation of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and the Missouri Human Rights Act ("MHRA"), § 213.010 et seq.
