BOSSON, Judge.

1. Tracey Eldridge, as personal representative of the estate of Paul Sedillo (the Estate), challenges both the jurisdiction of the workers' compensation judge (WCJ) to hear this case and the standing of Circle K, the employer, to initiate a workers' compensation case for death benefits. The jurisdiction of the WCJ depends on whether Paul Sedillo's death was an accident which would be compensable under the Workers' Compensation Act...
