Dixie Parking Service, Inc. (Dixie) filed suit against its former employee, Amy Hargrove seeking to enforce provisions of a noncompetitive agreement entered into by Hargrove. On 17 January 1996, the trial court granted a preliminary injunction enforcing the contract.
