Plaintiff, James T. Moran, brings this appeal pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 304(a) (155 Ill.2d R. 304(a)), from the dismissal of counts IV through VI of his complaint against defendants, Sergeant Patrick Brogan,1 the City of Chicago, and five John Doe police officers.
