In this matter, the defendant, Donald Gervais (Donald), appeals from final judgment entered in the Family Court divorcing the parties and providing for distribution of the marital estate. The question presented in this appeal is whether the Family Court justice, in ordering a distribution of marital assets and awarding child support, erred.
