OPINION

GARRARD, Judge.

Kokomo Center Township Consolidated School Corporation ("School") appeals the trial court's denial of its motion for summary judgment, claiming that James McQueary ("McQueary") had been discharged for cause as a matter of law and therefore summary judgment should have been granted.

We reverse and remand.
