This is an appeal of a judgment rendered in favor of Charles P. Keller, a former deputy with the Iberville Parish Sheriff's Department, for injuries sustained by Keller while in the course of making a felony stop of a suspect vehicle and its occupants. The trial court found that Keller's injuries were caused by the negligence of Mackie Bonnette, a sergeant with the City of Plaquemine Police Department, who assisted in making the felony stop.
