Defendant, Bobby Lynn Ray, Sr., was charged with aggravated rape and aggravated oral sexual battery in violation of La.R.S. 14:42(A)(4) and La.R.S. 14:43.4(A)(4) by bill of indictment dated December 13, 1995. Defendant entered a plea of not guilty to each charge. However, pursuant to a plea bargain agreement the State filed an amended bill of indictment charging Defendant with two counts of molestation of a juvenile in violation of La.R.S. 14:81...
