District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

March 26, 1997.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Billing, Cochran, Heath, Lyles & Mauro and Shawn B. McKamey, Ft. Lauderdale, for petitioner.

Lidsky & Vaccaro and Juan C. Montes, Hialeah, for respondents.

Before NESBITT, GODERICH and SORONDO, JJ.
