Defendant appeals her conviction for murdering her husband with a firearm. ORS 163.115. She argues, primarily, that the trial court erred in (1) excluding evidence of the decedent's physical abuse of his former wife and his children from prior marriages; and (2) admitting evidence of defendant's violent conduct toward a former husband and a former boyfriend.
