Before the Court is the Government's Motion to Quash ex parte subpoenas duces tecum returnable before trial which were issued under seal by the Court upon ex parte application by individual defendants. The Government also moved to stay delivery to the defendants' counsel of the documents, production of which had been required by the subpoenas.
