1. Defendant appeals his convictions for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; resisting, evading, or obstructing an officer; battery; and his sentence as an habitual offender. Two issues are presented on appeal: (1) whether the trial court erred in denying Defendant's motion to suppress; and (2) whether the trial court erred in refusing to grant a continuance.
