MEMORANDUM OPINION

ELLIS, District Judge.

In this case, a Virginia State Trooper stopped a vehicle because he suspected its driver was either dangerously fatigued or intoxicated. Following the driver's successful performance of a field sobriety test, the State Trooper then questioned him about whether the vehicle contained any illegal contraband.
