BARTEAU, Judge.

Vincente Santana appeals his conviction, following a jury trial, of murder. He has raised the following issues:

1. Did the trial court commit fundamental error when it failed to provide the jury with a voluntary manslaughter instruction? 2. Did the trial court commit fundamental error when it provided the jury with a voluntary intoxication instruction?
