Eddie James Walker on multiple occasions delivered cocaine to undercover police agents. On one occasion, it was a direct sale to undercover officers. On another occasion, the cocaine was delivered to an undercover agent as payment for the alteration of the V.I.N. number and the acquisition of a new title on Walker's car...
