Craig Arvin [Father] appeals the trial court's judgment which permitted Kim Arvin [Mother] to repudiate immediately the portion of the child custody provision of the Settlement Agreement/Decree of Dissolution that provided that the parties intended to remain in the Kokomo area to maintain the stability of the children.
