Before the Court are defendants Carl Sazan, William Whittington, L.M. Ryan, and Kevin Armstrong, who move pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. Proc. 12(b)(6) to dismiss plaintiffs' Complaint for failure to state a claim against defendants upon which relief may be granted.
