[¶ 1] Carol Peters appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, MacNichol, J.) granting her a divorce from Donald Peters. Carol contends that the court abused its discretion when it denied her motion for further findings of fact, distributed the marital property, awarded alimony, and refused to award Carol her attorney fees, and that it erred when it found that Donald did not violate the preliminary injunction...
