Walter F. Pool filed this wrongful discharge action in the Second Judicial District Court, Silver Bow County, in 1987. In 1996, the court dismissed the action for failure to prosecute, pursuant to Rule 41(b), M.R.Civ.P. Pool appeals. We affirm.

The issue is whether the District Court abused its discretion in dismissing this action for failure to prosecute.
