ORDER

Conflicts which occasionally arise where counsel is scheduled to be in two courts at the same time have presented problems in Oklahoma for many years. The Oklahoma State-Federal-Tribal Judicial Council has proposed Guidelines For Resolving Scheduling Conflicts In Oklahoma Courts which we hereby adopt for use by Judges and Counsel in resolving such conflicts which may hereafter arise in criminal trials:
