Plaintiff beneficiary seeks a declaratory judgment requiring defendant insurance company to pay benefits under a life insurance policy. Plaintiff alleges that defendant issued a policy on the life of her mother, Manjula Mehta, in the amount of $500,000, listing plaintiff as beneficiary and the defendant received the required premium.
