Danny Griego appeals his convictions of two counts of assault by a prisoner, a third-degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-102.5 (1995), and one count of interference with an arresting officer, a class B misdemeanor, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-8-305 (1995).
