On January 10, 1997, the Fourteenth Judicial District Court, Meagher County, filed a memorandum opinion and judgment dismissing the administrative violations of Rules 26.3.186(1) and 26.3.198(1), ARM, by Robert and Michael Weitz which were previously upheld by the Director of the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC).
