EHRLICH, Judge.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety ("DPS"), the Arizona Department of Corrections and the Maricopa County Adult Probation Department seek review by special action of declarations by the respondent Maricopa County Superior Court Judge B. Michael Dann regarding the sex-offender community-notification statute. ARIZ.REV. STAT. ANN. ("A.R.S.") § 13-3825 (Supp. 1997).
