This appeal concerns the propriety of a trial justice's calculation of lost-profits damages incurred by a commercial tenant, the plaintiff, Blue Ribbon Beef Co., Inc. (Blue Ribbon), after its municipal landlord, the city of Providence (the city), breached its lease agreement. The defendant, Stephen T.
