Plaintiff instituted this action against his former employer and supervisors seeking damages for sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and battery. Defendants now move this Court to dismiss plaintiff's complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted or, in the alternative, to compel arbitration.
