LIPEZ, Justice.

[¶ 1] Lorne Bruce appeals from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Wheeler, J., sitting by designation1) modifying a divorce judgment to allow Bruce's ex-wife, Tammy Eason Richards, to move from Maine to North Carolina with their son, David. Finding no error, we affirm the judgment.
