("Arkon") alleging infringement of claim 1 of Cabot's Patent No. 4,867,149 ("the '149 patent") under 35 U.S.C. § 271. Pending before this Court are 1) Cabot's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment on the issue of infringement and on the first six of Arkon's affirmative defenses...
