This appeal arises from an April 5, 1995 decree of the Hancock County Chancery Court granting Carolyn Bullock a divorce from Henry Clay "Hank" Bullock II on grounds of habitual cruel and inhuman treatment and ordering the equitable distribution of the couple's marital property.
