In 1994, plaintiff filed this action alleging claims for personal injury sounding in strict liability and negligence. After trial to a jury, plaintiff was awarded economic, noneconomic and punitive damages. Defendant appeals and assigns error to the admission of certain evidence at trial, to the denial of its motion for a directed verdict on punitive damages, ORCP 60, to the denial of its post-trial motions...
