On September 9, 1994, appellant, Carlos Deere, entered a plea of nolo contendere to the charge of theft by receiving. The court suspended imposition of sentence for five years. During that period, appellant was to comply with several conditions of suspension, including the conditions that he was not to commit any offenses punishable by imprisonment; he was not to possess any weapons; and he was not to use, possess, sell, carry, or otherwise handle...
