[¶ 1] This matter comes to us on a report of an interlocutory ruling by the Superior Court (Kennebec County, Calkins, J.) denying Hubert Kueter's demand for a jury trial on the motion filed by Kennebec Federal Savings & Loan Association to assess a deficiency in its mortgage foreclosure action against him. Kueter argues he has a constitutional right to a jury trial on the issue of the deficiency assessment. We disagree and affirm...
