Sandra Bass appeals the motion court's denial of her Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief after an evidentiary hearing. Ms. Bass claims that the plea court did not have jurisdiction to convict her of rape because, as a female, she was incapable of committing that crime. We disagree.
