[¶ 1] Jean M. Nappi, personal representative of the estate of Nicholas M. Nappi, appeals from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Bradford, J.) following a nonjury trial finding that Nappi Distributors was entitled to a setoff of $71,074.08 against the estate's claim pursuant to the doctrine of equitable subrogation.
